Keep Exploring is run by me, Jessika Sedén, Certified Life & Team Coach, jobcoach and Licensed mental Coach.
I coach and train private individuals, young and elderly, different groups as sport groups to achieve their dreams and goals!
I especially like to help children and youths to find and build their platforms.
I have always loved to meet and work with people and see how they all can discover new parts of themselves and develop in their own pace.
It's never too late to develop and learn more and new things (and I'm trying to live it!)

STUDENT COACHING
Children´s and adolescents´ mental health is something very dear to me. Anna Candela at Soulmind and I started "Elevcoach" - we work in schools to support young people and help them in their development.
We work with group dynamics, personal leadership, help students to create goals, increase their motivation in school, and create stronger youths and individuals
